Wanted something small....

The other night I wanted to do some stitching but wasn't in the mood for one of my big projects and the mini I am working on right now wasn't calling to me either. So I decided to start the second of Joan Elliott's mini designs.

You might remember the first one from a little while ago (here), well here is the second I decided to work on. I managed to get some done that evening and have worked on it on my lunch the last couple of days.

I really like these little designs, they are really easy to stitch up and it is nice to see something come together quickly when all the big projects I have on the go are so slow.

Here she is:

Ultimate Joan Elliott Collection - Thanks You Cards

Hope you like it!

  1. Thumbs up... I am feeling the same exact way - the desire to stitch but not feeling those bigger projects. You picked a great project.

  2. It makes a person feel accomplished when they finish something and refreshes you enough to carry on with your BAPs.

  4. Hello there, I just came by from IHSW and wanted to say I like your projects and your blog. I know what you mean about sometimes just wanting to stitch on something small. I do that some evenings during the week so that I feel like I can see what I've completed.
