It's not.....really!

I know this looks bad. It LOOKS like I made a new start....recently. Well in fact I started this one a good few months ago (I know that doesn't make it better). I just did the first column on the first page to see how it looked, then I put it away.

Well if you have read my post on organising my threads on pieces of cardboard for each chart, you will know that it was very annoying trying to search for threads when I want to do something a bit smaller than Bridge of Wings. So before I came across the idea of using card strips for thread organisation I was in the mood to do a project I could fit on my small Q-Snap. This fits that description because I am doing it on 28ct and I have the bottom tucked into the frame. So I did a few half rows because it only uses a small number of colours as it is black and white and therefore I only had to dig out a limit number of bobbins, which suited me just fine.

However even though it has a small number of threads it has a lot of confetti, in fact it is pretty much entirely confetti.

Anyway the big reveal, here is my progress:

HAED - Sessler, Awakening

I'm not sure how much more I will work on this as I really should get back to my "real WIP's", this is how I justify working on this for a little while and then putting it down, it isn't really a WIP :P

Anyway, have a great day all :)

  1. I really love your unreal WIP ;-)
Those black and whites are wonderful, I am always impressed by the detail they have and of the amount of confetti they have (I always thought less colors would make things better with that ;-) )
