Well I do have a finish, however it isn't the one I should have finished. Oopps, oh well. The baby that the bunnies is for has now arrived but I have given a small stop gap gift until I manage to get Somebunny all finished up.
Anyway the finish is:
I did manage to get the placement of one of the letters wrong and as many of you know that means that any others based on that letter are also out. However I managed to compensate without having to do hours of checking and frogging and it all turned out ok in the end.
I am thinking of stitching this again in my own choice of colours as it a nice simple and relaxing stitch, however I wouldn't do that until Bunnies are done :)
I also have a promised update picture of some of the stitching I did on Bridge of Wings lately. I have nearly finished the partial page on the far right of this piece. It has been put away again for now.

Beautiful stitching on both pieces! I would never notice any mistakes in the Alphabet, and Bridge of Wings is looking stunning!

ReplyDeleteYou've set a trend going with the heart pattern - I've downloaded it and I've seen at least four others who have done the same. It'll be interesting seeing it stitched again in your own choice of colours. :)

ReplyDeleteThe heart looks perfect!! I often make mistakes and try to compensate with minimal or no frogging. It doesn't make much difference unless and until it is a portrait kind of thing. Good progress on HAED too.
