YOTA 2015

After much consideration and having seen the interest from others to join in I have decided to go ahead with YOTA again for 2015. This has been a great SAL for me as it has helped me to complete 2 embarrassingly long UFO's in the last two years and I am hoping to getting Elegance finished early next year and cross another one off my list

Others who have participated have also said that it has helped them complete a number of projects in the past and I hope that next years participants will find this SAL useful to them. I know that this time of year is crazy for everyone and trying to find the time to stitch and blog is difficult. With this in mind I have decided that the first post for YOTA this year will be on the second Saturday of January (10th) to give people a chance to get some work on their chosen UFO. If you want to use this  first post to just talk about what you hope to work on for the year, then that perfectly fine also. All subsequent posts will be on the first Saturday of the month as usual.

The sign up link is now live on the YOTA - Year of the Acronym tab. Please note that those without blogs are also welcome to join in, you can email me your progress and I will post it for you so that the other participants can cheer you on. If you have any questions about YOTA please contact me on pulltheotherthread@gmail.com.

Just because I like pictures here are the two projects I have completed with YOTA in the past:

Mirabilia - The Dreamer

Dimensions Gold - Majestic Peacock
Edit: My apologies I had the wrong date for the first January posts. It will be Saturday the 10th.

  10. I really want to try and get some work in on QS Clara this year. I said that last year too and she managed to get left, so I've signed up in the hope that it helps me keep on track. I don't expect to get her finished, but some progress would be great.

  11. Thanks for organising this again. My main stitchy aim for 2015 is to reduce my WIP list so this SAL suits me and should help keep me on track!
