Well it's Monday, so time for an update. I have been working on HAED -
QS Clara for the last few days and I am very close to finishing filling
the last of the full pages. I had hoped that I would get it done before
this post but didn't manage it. Check out my post
The Mini Project Has Evolved - HAED QS Clara Progress to see how far I have come since my last post.

HAED - QS Clara as at 15th June 2015 |
The label on the bottle was so confetti heavy and took an abnormally long amount of time. It was so bad in fact that I was glad to get back to the hair which was easier going on the confetti. Once I have finished page 4, I will just have the last 3 partial pages left to fill. This might just end up a 2015 finish.

HAED - QS Clara close up |
I am going to stick with this atleast until the page I am working on is finished. I might move down to page 7 after that or maybe work on Elegance and finally get some back stitching done on that.
Wonderful progress. Those designs are so pretty.

Thanks so much. I have been looking at my charts wondering if I can make a new start once this is finished but I think I will be picking up another from the UFO list instead.
DeleteClara is looking fantastic.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! Haven't seen an update on this lovely thing in awhile! YAY! Sure know how it feels to stitch a section of ridiculous confetti..its kind of annoying ha ha! I'm glad you stuck it out and are so close to being done :D
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see this I want to get back to mine, she looks amazing, but I'm a little scared of all the confetti. I've just finished a confetti fuelled page and am quite enjoying something less so!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress! I'm always envious of these because all that black at the start is so intimidating to me!
ReplyDeleteClara looks amazing =) I always love to see your work on her, she is so colorful and must be a lot of fun to stitch =)
ReplyDeleteWow what great progress! She looks amazing.
ReplyDeleteGreat progress! How frustrating about the bottle, but you got through it and hopefully that means the worst is over for confetti. It does look awesome.
ReplyDeleteShe's looking so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteThis looks great.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! She's looking great.
ReplyDeleteSuch great progress! I love, love, love the colors in this. Beautiful work!
ReplyDeletelooks great! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress, well done!
ReplyDeleteExcellent progress! You're definitely going to be able to finish this in 2015 :D
ReplyDeleteShe's looking awesome! You're making me look bad though! I still haven't completely decided if I'm restarting her or not....I think I might just have to push on and get over it! You can easily get her finished this year if you keep at it like you have been!
ReplyDeleteI am still amazed (and a bit jealous) of how quickly you stitch these. She looks great.
ReplyDeleteWow I didn't realise how close you were to a finish on Clara. She's looking really beautiful. I think a 2015 finish is well within your grasp. Keep going!

Oh wow, Clara seems to be a popular QS (I still cannot wrap my head around that size being quick haha) Too bad the bottle was so full of confetti to make you happy to get back to a still confetti-d section! But she does look great, g'luck with finishing her!! :D
ReplyDeleteShe's looking great! I know what you mean about being grateful for small lesser bits of confetti - on mine, there are a bout 20 stitches all together coming up and I'm so excited for them.
ReplyDeleteWouw she is amazing!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors of this design! Great stitching!
ReplyDeleteOMG Clara looks amazing and what wonderful colours to be working with!!!
ReplyDeleteShe's looking great! :)
