Wow everyone, I have managed to get another post up on my blog! After being away from blogging for so long I have a few things to share over the next few weeks. While I was away, my stitching bug was absent for a bit, but I did do some crafting in the form of knitting. Go check out my blog post on these Hermione Everyday Socks, which includes a link to the free pattern!! Click Here

DeleteWOW I envy anyone that can knit socks. I've just tried my hand at crocheting a beanie and it was woeful. I think I will stick to cross stitching LOL!

Thanks so much for your comment Alicia. I bet the beanie wasn't as bad as you thinking. Anyway it's all about practice, I had to rip back my first pair of socks about 10 times before I got it right. The second pair had a 4 row repeating pattern and I got confused so many times and had to rip and re-do. I still managed to make a pretty big mistake on the toe of that second pair but they are still wearable. Every mistake is an opportunity to learn something new for the next time.
DeleteI love the socks. I am envious of those who can great such beautiful knitting. It takes such patience and skill.
