I haven't been doing much stitching. I did plan on doing more on this piece over the last few days but I had some others things I wanted to finish up so I have only a couple of lengths of progress on this.
Anyway here is last months:
Here is my pitiful update for this month:
However I have been working on some other things, which I have some piccies of for you all. I did another of the little bird ornaments but this time in the size the first one should have been.
Here it is with the first one I finished which you can see is much smaller
I also finished off my little owl bookmark as a pillow. I decided to make a removable stuffed insert so that it can be taken out of the pillow cover in case the cover needed to be cleaned for any reason.
Lovely stitching! I like the fabric you chose for the cushion, it's very sweet. :-) It doesn't matter if you haven't worked much on Autumn, every length counts on these BAPs.
ReplyDeleteAww such sweet birds and pretty owl stitching
ReplyDeleteI love them all
Big hugs x
Your owl is finished beautifully and I love your little birds
ReplyDeleteProgress is progress no matter how small! Love how you've finished the owl stitching, it looks fab!
ReplyDeleteautumn reminds me of the game 'spot the difference' ;)
ReplyDeletea stitch is a stitch...any progress is a good one ;)
I'm in love with your owl pillow, very well done
have a great Easter weekend my sweet friend

Love those birds! A couple of lengths on a HAED is a lot of stitches. Cute idea for finishing the bookmark as a pillow.
ReplyDeleteLol! I like Valerie's comment about "spot" the difference game because I was thinking the same thing! I do see a difference! Every little stitch in an HAED makes progress no matter how small. Love those birds you made and the owl bookmark turned out to be a great pillowcase!! Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteYou made wonderful progress, your stitching looks great =) I love the little birds and the owl cushion =)
ReplyDeleteI love the owl finish, it's totally gorgeous. Progressing well on Autumn too.
